Michael is a Senior Vice President of Pala Investments AG, the exclusive advisor to Pala Investments Holdings Limited, which holds 20.07% of WDS shares.  Pala Investments Holdings Limited is a multi-strategy investment company dedicated to investing in, and creating value across, the mining sector in both developed and emerging markets. Pala seeks to assist companies in which it has long-term shareholdings by providing strategic advice and innovative financing solutions.  He currently serves on the boards of Sierra Rutile Ltd, Peninsula Energy Ltd, Dumas Contracting Ltd. and Tercon Investments Ltd.
